Abstract: If BaitulMalwat-Tamwil has a strength strategy, why it is not doneby other Baitul Mal-Tamwil, even though the strategy and operating system are different in each region, but it does not become an obstacle to practice a strength strategy, it can reduce the difficulties of small entrepreneurs in running his business. Abstract: This study assessed the effect of intangible assets on corporate performance of commercial banks in Nigeria. The objective of the study is to assess the effect of Goodwill (GW) and Computer Software (CSW) on the return on assets of commercial banks in Nigeria. Ex post Facto research design was employed, while panel data technique was used to test the effect of intangible assets on corporate performance using data from the audited accounts of nine commercial banks for the period of 2012-2018. The result of the findings revealed that Goodwill (GW) and Computer Software (CWS) which were the variables used had statistically significant effect on the return on assets (ROA). This implies that commercial banks rely on intangible assets in accessing the performance of the banks. It is therefore recommended that commercial banks should make intangible assets more productive by paying attention to Good will (GW) and Computer Software (CSW).

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to find empirical evidence of the determinants of the company's capital structure that is consistently incorporated in the 2014-2018 food and beverage sub-sector. The population of this study are all companies that are consistently incorporated in the food and beverage sub-sector during the study period. The data used are secondary data in the form of company financial statements. The statistical test used to test the hypothesis is panel data regression with the comment effect approach. Hypothesis test results show that asset structure has a positive and significant effect on capital structure, conversely profitability and liquidity partially have negative effect but not significantly on capital structure.

Abstract: Résumé: L'objectif de cette étude est de faire une analyse sur les déterminants (représentés par le nombre d'abonnés, le prix moyen et le temps moyen de coupure) de la consommation d'électricité en Côte d'Ivoire entre 1960 et 2019. Pour ce faire, après avoir présenté une revue de littérature et une analyse descriptive, l'étude s'attarde sur une analyse économétrique (stationnarité, cointégration, corrélation et causalité). Les résultats auxquels nous sommes parvenus montrent que : à court terme, la consommation d'électricité est négativement impactée par le prix moyen d'électricité mais le nombre d'abonnés et le temps moyen de coupure ne semblent pas avoir un impact....

Abstract: This paper is specifically set out to confirm the existence or not of crowding out postulations in Nigeria's economy which in order words requires examining the extent at which changes in deficits financing (DF) influences changes in domestic private investment (DPI) in Nigeria using time-series data ranging from 1980 to 2018. The methodology adopted for this study is multiple regressions based on ordinary least square (OLS) techniques.
